who we are?
Our Homes Care Group provides specialised Learning Disability homes to support children and young people to thrive, flourish and reach their full potential no matter of their conditions. Our nurturing homes are located within the West Midlands offering a home for all children and young people across the UK.
Within Our Homes Care Group our trained staff are lead by our clinical and operational therapy team to follow the PACE approach by encouraging and facilitating play-based activities that allow children to engage their imagination, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
We focus on creating homes where we support and nurture individual identities to feel accepted and safe whilst exploring their internal environments and the big wide world.
Our specialised purpose built homes welcome children and young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD, Autistic, Global Delay and associated intellectual and behavioural challenges.
Facilites & Team
Our facilities and teams are designed to care for the needs of children and young people with an LD diagnosis that allow unquie characteristics to shine through them. By creating holistic and homely spaces we allow them to flourish without fear of rejection but with the sense of acceptance and a warm smile from our experienced and well trained staff whom dedicate their expertise and knowledge on a 24 hour basis.
Alongside our home staff team we have an in-house clinical and occupational therapy team who provide direct support to our children and young people, aswell as support the staffing team with certified advantage accredited reflection practices, PACE training, Makaton training, PICA awareness, Autism and ADHD awareness training. Additional to this we have an in-house CPI trainer providing direct training to staff yearly, responds to emerging and new behaviours and refresher training when required. All staff have received Oliver McGowan Training.
